Brú Ború Cultural Centre

Our state of the art theatre seats 250 people and hosts some of the best shows in traditional Irish entertainment throughout the year. The venue is home to the resident Brú Ború performance group. This group has had the honour of representing Ireland throughout the world including 4 World Expo’s in Nagoya and Osaka in Japan, Seville in Spain and Shanghai 2010, China.

The theatre is also available for event bookings. We have had many of Ireland’s finest performers on stage in Brú Ború including Tommy Fleming, Foster & Allen, Kieran Goss, John Kenny, Louise Morrissey, Philomena Begley, John Spillane and many more.

Brú Ború has earned itself an outstanding name for food - indeed, for gourmet food par excellence. Our restaurant in the shadow of the Rock of Cashel serves the finest fresh homecooked foods. The restaurant runs in conjunction with our summer shows and also for pre-booked events.

Our building has been described as “an ideal conference location”. We cater for groups of all sizes with a range of rooms available. With our location and services we pride ourselves in being able to offer the best facilities for varied events and schedules. We have hosted Civic Receptions, Presidential Awards, Book launches, Cd launches and many National and Local events.

Our craft shop stocks Irish made gifts and local crafts. Why not pop in and buy the perfect souvenir or gift. Our bar located beside the Teach Ceoil will help to quench your thirst after an energetic Cashel or Clare set!!
